We are looking for an experienced environmental compliance consultant to help us grow our environmental management practice, lead client development, direct project teams, and develop our professional staff hand in hand with our other senior practitioners. . We operate under a sell-manage-do culture, and so we expect that you'd develop and work on challenging technical projects while leveraging your existing knowledge and experience to help Geosyntec expand its current practices and capabilities through business development and client management. You will also be involved in project management, along with staff management and development, and mentoring tasks. Some of the key responsibilities may include:
Support Geosyntec's corporate clients in their compliance with environmental regulations and standards. This role may involve designing and implementing environmental compliance programs and providing guidance on regulatory requirements to minimize environmental risks as well as developing plans and procedures for managing air, water, and waste;

The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec's total compensation package for employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skill set and location.
