Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineer in our Kennesaw, GA; Birmingham, AL; Mobile, AL; or Baton Rouge, LA offices to help manage, lead, and grow our civil engineering and utility client sectors. This role will be heavily involved in Geosyntec's continued project work related to the coal combustion residuals (CCR) and coastal/waterfront markets. In collaboration with top professionals in their field, the candidate will work on complex projects involving innovative civil design with unique water management and geotechnical challenges, but also will take a leading role in project and program management tasks for various civil design projects. Most tasks will be within the markets listed above, but the individual may also perform tasks in other company practice areas (mining, geo-environmental, groundwater, and sediments), as needed. Developing and/or reviewing technical drawings, specifications, engineering documents, and analyses for: civil design; site development and grading; stormwater management; and erosion and sediment controls;
