Overview

Dedicated to serving those who defend the US and warfighters, Nisga'a MOSTT offers Military Operations support and Specialized Tactical Training (MOSTT).
Nisga'a MOSTT's services include aviation and military training, cybersecurity, intelligence gathering and analysis, and simulation and exercise support, as well as aviation flight logistics support and unmanned aerial vehicle support.

Summary:

The Site Lead (also referred to as Engineer Regional Site Lead) will monitor project progress and adjusts schedules of employees/contractors, staffing requirements, and equipment inventory in accordance with budget constraints and project timelines. This position will support the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) contract. The primary mission is to lead development, fielding, and transition of state-of-the-art technical collection and exploitation capabilities for advanced surveillance reconnaissance, and intelligence systems for Special Operations Forces (SOF) warfighters.

Multiple locations are available in CONUS and OCONUS based on experience and the customer requirement.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Will facilitate communication across all domains back to the program manager and COR.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations at the assigned performance location
  • Be the single technical point of contact to the Government and to the Project Managers
  • Maintains adequate project supplies to maintain project schedule
  • Orders and procures project materials, negotiates logistics and contracts with suppliers
  • May prepare site reports to convey progress of projects, site overviews and geographics, and hazards
  • Participates in call listening and speech analytics projects to provide deeper level insights around the customers' experiences
  • Documents best practice observations of customer / agent interactions along with effective quality implementation practices
  • Observes and provides feedback around adoption of new policy / processes
  • Communicate and support project managers and functional leads on financial issues and questions
  • Train, coach, and monitor assigned team members Handle escalated call, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary
  • Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Organize, design, and conduct training for employees on site

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Unified Command structure, joint doctrine, and joint policies
  • Detailed working knowledge of processes and procedures for using automated tools to plan, support, and execute Special Operations roles for mission planning
  • Ability to develop processes and techniques which enhance the mission planning environment and reduces the workload for other mission planning support Contractors
  • Demonstrate good problem solving skills and have experience overseeing accomplishments of multiple tasks
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful partnerships with business and technical groups
  • Self-starter with ability to perform and lead work independently
  • Structured problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with communicating intelligence and operations details to senior leaders
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing teams without direct supervision authority
  • An ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $130,000.00.
