Job Description

We are seeking a collaborative, pro-active Senior Sourcing Manager in with significant global sourcing experience for our Apparel brands. As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you'll report to the Divisional Sourcing Manager and be responsible for successfully sourcing and procuring materials and products that deliver the best possible value in price and quality while balancing risks and regulatory concerns. You'll partner with our Apparel Brand Merchandising, Planning, and Inventory teams to ensure domestic and international sourcing activities are aligned to meet the goals of the organization.

You'll also be responsible for:

* Driving business category sourcing strategies and cost initiatives to meet business goals

* Leading and developing a product sourcing team

* Influence key changes to process and tools

* Driving and coordinating major Sourcing projects

Qualifications

We need an experienced Sourcing Manager with proven global sourcing and supply chain management experience within the apparel or textiles industry. This person must possess professional level communication skills and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional, collaborative team environment. Ideally you will have a bachelor's degree in a Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management discipline and 10+ years' experience with domestic and international product sourcing functions.

In addition, we are looking for:

* 10+ years' experience negotiating high-dollar contracts and complex sourcing relationships

* A strong understanding of regulatory and trade requirements

* 5+ years apparel industry experience with strong knowledge of fabric and garment construction (footwear and accessories experience would be a plus)

* 3+ years leadership experience

* A strategic thinker with forward vision

* A solution-oriented and customer-focused demeanor

* Exceptional negotiation and conflict management skills

* Strong organizational and project management skills

* The ability to travel internationally

* A Team player who fosters cross-functional relationships

This position offers the flexibility to work at our headquarters in Monroe, WI while also working from home (remotely). To take advantage of the remote work option, you must:

* Have reliable, high-speed internet and appropriate home office ergonomics

* Be able to drive to/work in Monroe, WI 2-3 days/week

* Maintain a residence in a State where we currently have other employees (location restrictions apply)
