The Missouri Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Education and Retention Program (SANE ER) grant project coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination of activities related to the grant and providing crucial project and administrative support to the Principal Investigators (PIs). This program is externally funded; therefore, the coordinator must be comfortable working within the directives associated with the funding agency. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position that is funded for the term of the grant contract, which is anticipated to be approximately three years. Key Responsibilities Include: Serve as a primary point of contact for PIs, program participants, faculty, and staff. Regularly interact with internal and external entities. Coordinate, schedule, and arrange regular and ad hoc meetings and video conferences for program-related activities. Document, compile, and distribute meeting minutes and/or progress reports. Record and distribute recordings of video conferences. Prepare and/or provide information in preparation for meetings and conference calls, as requested. Coordinate, schedule, and arrange travel calendars. Develop travel itineraries and assist in protocol functions. Assist with travel authorizations, travel planning and coordination, and distributing travel itineraries. Drive program personnel to/from training locations as needed. Assist PIs, faculty, and others with meeting and/or tracking project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables required by the contract. Assist in compiling data, reports, and presentations. Maintain copies of agreements, proposals, and contract records. Assist in tracking contract-related expenditures, budgets, and payments; and ensuring compliance and adherence to fiscal requirements. Assist the PIs and/or other participating parties with expense reports, correspondence, and any other duties as required. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Shift
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with occasional work occurring after hours and/or on weekends Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
One year of experience in program or project coordination involving internal and external parties. Ability to work after hours or during weekends is required when assisting in training events, which may occur 4-7 times throughout a year. Valid driver's license. Anticipated Hiring Range
