Benefits offered are subject to change and differ based on employment type In an effort to aid City Departments in their mission to deliver effective and efficient services to citizens and maintain timely, responsive operations, a temporary staffing pool is maintained to meet these needs. Applicants will be hired to work temporary assignments as needed. Our commitment is to provide skilled, reliable, and professional workers across various industries. We place candidates for administrative, skilled-trades, and general labor positions. This position is posted quarterly to ensure the City has access to current interested candidates. Applicants will be notified to re-apply to each quarter's posting to indicate your continued interest and availability. Summary Responsible for providing support based on the needs of the department. Temporary positions will be available on an as-needed basis Department, hours and shifts will vary per assignment (part-time, full-time, etc.) All temporary employees must pass a criminal background check. A drug screen may be required based on the role. Minimum Education & Work Experience High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.) 1 year of work experience Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Licenses & Certifications Valid Class C Texas driver's license Physical Tasks & Working Conditions The work environment may vary per assignment.
