The AUKUS Group, within SPA's Sea, Land, and Air Division, provides timely, objective, analytic assessments that integrate technical, operational, programmatic, policy and business analysis to NAVSEA's AUKUS Integration and Acquisition Program Office and associated partner organizations. Analysts and Engineers supporting AUKUS will continue SPA's decades of support to the undersea force and assist in developing a trilateral submarine force for the future. This is a high-profile, major international program of significant importance to the future of the US Navy and its partners in an era of renewed strategic competition.#MC



Responsibilities

The Program Analyst will provide program support to the NAVSEA AUKUS program, focusing on management of IT projects. Responsibilities will also include ACIO services for the AUKUS I&A office; working with NAVSEA ACIO and NMCI to ensure continuity of service for team members, including internationally; and working with technical stakeholders to design, develop and sustain a trilateral communciations network..

This position is located in Alexandria, VA.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • 5+ years professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office applications and NMCI onboarding
  • Proven experience with NMCI and other Navy IT systems, including ACIO and IT project management
  • Current DoD SECRET clearance

Additional Qualifications Desired, but not required:

  • Experience with NMCI SIPR
  • Experience with IT compliance policies
  • Experience supporting a NAVSEA acquisition program office
  • Experience with the Defense Acquisition System (DAS) and implementing program acquisition/business plans
  • Experience with international/FMS programs
