What The Role Is Oversee all management and operations of the Houston, TX Asset Management and Trust Office. How You will Make an Impact Provide strategic vision and leadership of the Houston, TX AM&T Office in alignment with the overall Trust strategy. Administer trust, estate and agency accounts in accordance with department written policies and procedures. Build and maintain client relationships with affluent, high-net-worth families and individuals. Create strategic client-based relationships with other banking partners, centers of influence and institutions to attract, develop and retain ongoing business consistent with a core asset management and fiduciary practice. Lead and manage a team of professionals including administrators and specialists. Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration to promote open and honest communication and team camaraderie. Ongoing recruitment and personnel development efforts designed to provide clear avenues for advancement, succession and business expansion. Collaborate with other area managers on projects as needed. Who You Are Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. CTFA professional designation preferred. Strong leadership skills Minimum of 10 years trust and fiduciary experience in a leadership role. Must possess an understanding of the role of a fiduciary and the products and services applicable to fiduciary relationships. Ability to evaluate business unit performance and create a strategic plan to improve performance. If your experience aligns with this description, please consider applying.
