Description

LCOR is seeking a full-time Senior Investment Manager to join our Investment Management team in Chesterbrook, PA. Responsible for overseeing operating assets and development projects related to LCOR's multifamily portfolio. The position will be closely involved in all phases of investment management, from pre-construction to disposition including but not limited to overseeing operating performance and reforecasting, approving annual capex and operating budgets, bi-annual site inspections, and preparing internal memorandums. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Investment Management and Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Primary Responsibilities will include: Actively monitor and manage the operating performance of a nationwide portfolio to maximize long-term economic value. Interface and manage relationships daily with Property Management, JV partners, and third-party service providers including but not limited to tax consultants, appraisers and lenders. Communicate complex financial and operational concepts, in writing and verbally, with internal and external parties. Monitoring asset performance compared to budget, underwriting and overall market conditions. Report operating results to senior management on a as needed basis. Recognizing areas of improvement within the business and working closely with Property Management and Senior Management teams on implementing corporate changes. Monitoring compliance of all guidelines in the investment management agreements. Understand submarket drivers, supply/demand fundamentals, employment growth and other factors to support overall strategy and specific opportunities to the company and its investment partners.
