Summer 2025 Information Technology (IT) Internship - Austin, TX

We are looking for a motivated Information Technology Intern to join our IT team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology, including system administration, network management, and technical support. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced IT professionals to support our technology initiatives.

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Provide technical support to staff and users, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Help with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
• Assist in monitoring network performance and security, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Document technical processes and create user guides for software applications.
• Collaborate with team members on various IT initiatives and contribute ideas for improvements.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related degree plan.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with programming languages or IT tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
