Position Summary The Administrative / Corp Assistant reports to and works under the supervision of Corps officers, assesses clients, processes requests for social service assistance, supports food distribution, orders food purchases, supplies, works with other agencies in the community, maintains physical and digital records of the program and prepares reports and statistics for social services & Corps programs. Essential Functions Administration Aid, for The Salvation Army is a position of sacred trust - representing, nurturing, protecting and advancing the mission and purpose of The Salvation Army; and serving the needs of people in our community with dignity and respect. As such, all employees are expected to fulfill the following responsibilities within the scope of duties they perform: Organizes and prioritizes the various tasks of the Ontario Corps office in order of their importance.
PAY RANGE: $18.00-$20.00/HR Administrative software related skills

Education
High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
Minimum of two years of secretarial administrative aide experience. (required)
