Crisdel Group, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Construction Laborer to join our expanding Tampa Team. Heavy construction laborers are responsible for performing various tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. These tasks may include, but are not limited to: shoveling, raking, hand sweeping, setting bracing, forming, rigging, tying, cutting, patching and cleaning. Heavy construction laborers may use and/or operate the following tools of the trade, including but not limited to: small hand or power tools, air tools, jack hammers, cement mixers, hand tampers, plate tampers and saws. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Physical demands of this position include, but are not limited to: sitting, standing, walking, climbing, stooping, twisting, reaching, bending, trunk movements, lifting a minimum of 45 pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, dexterity of utilizing hands and fingers, seeing (close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception), hearing and speaking. TYPICAL WORK CONDITIONS Typical work conditions include working outside on a construction site and/or roadway project while being exposed to noise, heat and varying weather conditions. Depending on the schedule of an individual project, work may be required during the day, at night or on weekends. QUALIFICATIONS
