TSC is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector located in Fayetteville, NC This position supports the Airborne Solutions and ISR (AISR) Division. Responsibilities to Anticipate: Performs inspections on a variety of fabricated or purchased parts using standard and special purpose measuring tools, instruments and equipment. Determines methods, sequences and procedures necessary for inspection. Maintains records in accordance with AS9001D standards. Worksfrom drawings, sketches and specifications where general data and procedures are provided which may require some interpretation. Ensures that fabricated/purchased parts meet design specifications. Interprets technical and military specifications. Performs calculations to determine angles, tolerances, dimensions and other measurements in accordance with engineering specifications and other quality requirements. Capture and analyze statistical data from processes to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards as well as make recommendations for new or enhanced methods, procedure standards and reporting.
