This position reports to:Josh Knutson @ 950

Shift: 8am-4:30pm

What You Will Do:

* Lead and direct daily work of receiving personnel, ensuring material is put away timely and accurately

* Responsible for teaching safe work practices and ensuring they are adhered to

* Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing list and enters material receiving in system

* Coordinate daily with receiving associates to verify accuracy of shipments noting damage or shortage

* Assist with associate development, including daily huddles and associate reviews

* Continue to grow lean knowledge by identifying and assisting with continuous improvement

* Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

* Good oral and written communication skills

* Self-starter, team player with the ability to lead others

* Previous warehouse experience mandatory

* Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)

* Accurate, dependable, and punctual

* Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

* Frequent computer use

* Warehouse environment

* Requires punctuality and reliable on-site attendance

* Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
