The Building People are seeking a qualified BUILDER SMS Administrator to




  • Provide technical assessment of BUILDER assessment data on behalf of the Government client, including data analysis, report generation.
  • Perform quality assessment of the captured field assessment data - looking for continuity, quality control, cost and repair analysis, plus flag for gap analysis
  • Familiarity with A10 Foundations, A20 Basement, B10 Superstructure, B20 Exterior, B30 Roofing, C10 Interior Construction, C20 Stairs, C30 Interior Finishes, D10 Conveyance, D20 Plumbing, D30 HVAC, D40 Fire Protection, D50 Electrical, E10 Equipment classifications.
  • Maintain Quality control continuity to apply consistent measurable condition status' across multiple buildings and sites.
  • Attention to detail for the data capture on condition ratings and associated costs.Provide level of understanding of RPIE and DoD Assets - unique site/building/infrastructure asset data model, directly corresponds back the data hierarchy within BUILDER.
  • Responsible for analyzing the needs of the organization and providing senior level guidance on the overall technical design and development of client efforts. Responsible for communicating technical solutions to customers to ensure understanding.
  • Lead demonstration of technical solutions and relay feedback to development team.
  • Shall communicate technical solutions to customers to ensure understanding.
  • Shall develop and lead training to Government personnel, as requested, for new releases or enhancements
  • Work on deliverables including requirements capturing, training guides, design documents and training videos.
  • Deliver online training as needed, develop client presentations, lead implementations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors.
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.


Experience



  • At least five (5) years of experience with BUILDER SMS field assessment support services
  • Experience working within a Federal Government contract for technical services delivery
  • Experience with using Confluence, Jira, Sharepoint, Kanban, and other industry tools
  • Experience with SAFe/Agile and SCRUM delivery methodology
  • Experience in workplace management, facilities assessment and management, lease administration, project management, and/or other real property management
  • Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance
  • At least five (5) years of experience as a BUILDER field assessor.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a BUILDER specialized component-level field assessor.
  • Technical familiarity to perform cost estimation in support of the field assessment data collection through the use of Gordian/RS Means.
  • Technical familiarity with UNIFORMAT II for data structure
  • Technical familiarity and experience with SQL Server for data model queries in support of QA/QC
  • Current Top Secret clearance.


Education



  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

  • US Citizenship.
  • Ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov't security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening.
  • Experience working within Federal and DoD IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) teams that may be matrixed across several programs.
  • Operate within a NIST 800-171 compliant security environment internally and able to support all client-required cyber security data and operational processes. Value and protect company, colleague, and customer data.
  • Occasional travel requirements for client deliverables and/or meetings.
  • Potential exists for field verification site visits across client portfolio.
