The behavior analyst will provide treatments focused on skill building (e.g., intensive behavioral intervention program) and behavior reduction (e.g., severe behavior clinic).

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles for children and young adults with developmental disabilities.
* Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to intervention strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Deliver clinic-based services, with potential opportunities for community-based service delivery when appropriate.
* Provide intensive behavioral interventions focused on skill building, including but not limited to early intervention programs.
* Manage behavior reduction programs for clients exhibiting severe behaviors, using positive reinforcement and other ABA techniques.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists) to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
* Train and supervise staff in the application of ABA methods and techniques, ensuring best practices and quality care.
* Maintain detailed records and documentation, including data collection, progress reports, and treatment modifications.

Work Environment: The position is primarily based in a clinic setting, with occasional opportunities for community-based service delivery. The Behavior Analyst will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and may be required to travel within the community to provide services.
