Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Alpharetta, GA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Accepts incoming goods and compares them with the shipping document (Material number, description, quantity).
  • Checks incoming goods for visible damage, documents them and provides the information if needed.
  • Takes care of correct use of transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklifts.
  • Captures relevant data in data processing systems.
  • Arranges the acceptance, storage, commissioning and removal of goods in the storage area and records them in the appropriate systems.
  • Organizes regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.
  • Assembles deliveries out of given storage compartments and reviews for completeness and accuracy (e.g. quantity and article number in reference to the respective delivery notes).
  • Completes packaging of deliveries having regard to shipping instructions, common methods of dispatch, types of packaging and other instructions (e.g. Dangerous Goods) in the given framework.
  • Adds the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods.
  • Completes transport inside and, if applicable, outside the premises with professional usage of appropriate means of transportation.
  • Selects from among clear choices based upon defined procedures and practices to address changing work situations appropriately.
  • Thinking and portfolio of acting options cover a number of routines, and latitude is permitted to address topics with appropriate processes.
  • Unexpected situations, however, typically need technical assistance or authorization.
  • Positions are expected to cope effectively with multiple-choice situations in a number of assigned processes and routines.
  • Thinking is about applying or even adapting the "right" procedure to a process or an issue arising.
  • Deliver a full range of services in a defined and focused technical or administrative area of work while clear input/output relations and generic and work-specific guidelines and procedures are given or available.
  • Position operates major parts or the full spectrum of dedicated specialized standard software packages.
  • Incumbents may handle routine and non-complex practical enquiries and procedures from internal or external customers.
  • In Technical Customer Services: Service group worker, serving the internal and external customers with technical or administrative standardized services and processes to complete or add the delivery according to the service level agreed upon.
  • Position operates with a dedicated, limited range of user interfaces or functionalities in standardized software programs strictly related to their specific processes.

Here's what you'll get:

  • Pay rate: $18.00/hour.
  • Hours: 40 hours/week 1st Shift 6:30 AM-3 PM
  • Length: Temp (3 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating forklifts
