Your mission As a Global Trade Compliance Specialist, you will be a key enabler of Epiroc's compliance with applicable import and export laws and regulations. Your role is to work closely with all levels of the business, providing guidance and support for operational trade compliance aspects. You will continuously monitor changes in trade regulations, evaluate their effects and impacts on the business, and communicate and provide advice to all relevant parties, supporting daily operations and emerging business opportunities, as well as ensuring compliance with new or changing trade regulations and sanctions. Your profile For this role, you should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in international trade compliance, demonstrating a strong understanding of the field. You should also be proficient in export/import control regulations, sanction laws, and customs procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant legal requirements. In addition, in-depth knowledge of trade classification and customs regulations is crucial to enable accurate and compliant international trade operations.Your experience should include conducting trade compliance audits and implementing corrective actions, contributing to process improvement. Previous exposure to Mechanical Engineering and Mining industries is advantageous, allowing you to better understand and support our operations. You should hold a bachelor's degree in international Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation for this role. Holding certification as an Import/Export Professional is a valuable addition, showcasing your commitment to excellence in trade compliance. Location and travel The location for the role is flexible and can be connected to any Epiroc office. Occasional travel is I required.
