Special Initiatives Project Manager The Opportunity: The Department of Defense's (DoD) infrastructure is evolving to meet ambitious climate goals, growing energy demands, and critical resilience requirements. Furthermore, new technology, community involvement, and public-private partnerships are creating new infrastructure opportunities for the DoD. As a result, infrastructure financing and acquisitions are changing. That's why we need you, a highly skilled and motivated Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the new prototypes projects for various infrastructure-related iniaitives and programs, with a particular focus on energy and resilience. This role requires an understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and DoD procurement policies, excellent problem-solving, and the ability to lead multiple stakeholders with different perspectives toward the same goal. The position also requires developing and maintaining relationships with contracting agency partners, military installation leaders, legal teams, and senior clients. In this role, you'll identify potential suppliers and solutions through solicitation processes and evaluate their capabilities. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
