Description
What The Role Is Provide support, analysis reporting and perform day to day production functions for Items Processing systems. How You will Make an Impact Provide user and system support for Items Processing system. Research and resolve questions related to check processing. Ensure bank policy is followed in department balancing. Coordinate with internal lines of business for security, problem resolution and other updates. Coordinate with vendors for software and system issues/resolutions. Maintain audit/balancing reports. Create files as needed for Items Processing. On Call after hour support is mandatory every other week. 10-Key. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team Oriented. Good understanding of servers and a variety of apps (Microsoft, SQL, Google Suite). Ability to solve problems and identify when to escalate issues. Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in financial industry, preferred. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Leadership ability. Regular and reliable attendance.
