As a member of our Government Contracts Practice Area, you'll help propel our forward-thinking and purpose-driven team as we advance our clients' missions.You'll serve as a government contracts attorney providing support and leveraging experience with federal procurement transactions and compliance as part of a broader legal department and the team of government contracts attorneys supporting the federal business across civil, defense, and intelligence "Sectors."You'll support one of our Sectors by working on a wide range of complex transactional issues at the prime and subcontract levels and providing risk reviews and insights to senior attorneys within the Sector.You'll anticipate business needs and develop practical solutions with agility and action. You'll establish trusted partnerships across the firm and collaborate with fellow members of the Legal, Ethics, and Compliance team to protect and advance the company while navigating the complex, multifaceted, and often novel legal and compliance risks we face today. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,600.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
