TSC's is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer at our Washington, D.C. to support our production division.

Role & Responsibilities:

You will directly support the Air and Missile Defense Radar (AMDR) Lead System Engineer (LSE) within the U.S. Navy Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors & Lasers Directorate (PEO IWS 2.0).

You will provide full-time support to the LSE in a broad range of responsibilities including developing and updating requirements, tracking system performance issues and resolution, and coordinating the systems engineering (SE) team deliverables. You will be expected to provide sound advice, recommendations, and solutions to emerging SE issues and topics. You will coordinate the Advanced Radars Local Configuration Control Board (LCCB) ensuring programmatic Configuration Management Process is operating according to DoD standards. You will provide liaison support independently representing the Advanced Radars Program Office to stakeholders across government and industry.

A hybrid work environment is expected. Regular travel (~5-10%) may be required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related technical degree.
  • 10+ year of relevant work experience, particularly in the area of DoD engineering or programmatic support, including experience as a Radar Engineer.
  • US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
