Join our dynamic team at IMS, where we are dedicated to providing top-notch list management services to our clients! We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Acquisition Specialist to help us streamline our acquisition processes and ensure the highest quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:
*List Rental File Management: Receive and convert list rental files from various sources and coordinate with the IMS List Services department to resolve issues.
*Data Processing and Verification: Convert list rentals using Enterprise Designer software and verify processed lists with Power BI reports.
*Documentation and Training: Maintain documentation on List Management PC software and evaluate and initiate system/process changes in coordination with Systems and Programming personnel.
*Account Review and Data Overlay: Coordinate and execute processing, including for outside clients.

Qualifications

Ideally you will have 1+ years of office work experience and a high proficiency in coordinating multiple functions in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on accuracy. In addition, we are looking for:
*Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, with Power BI experience being a plus.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
*Strong ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects, prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-direction.
*We value collaboration and believe that it often happens best in-person. All members of the IMS team are required to work onsite at our headquarters in Monroe, WI.
