We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our WATCHMAN franchise. You'll leverage your analytical expertise to drive the success of both digital marketing campaigns and healthcare lead generation programs. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting marketing data, providing actionable insights, and shaping strategic marketing plans. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and IT, to ensure that all programs are supported with robust measurement strategies that align with overarching business goals.

This is a hybrid position, requiring three days onsite at our Maple Grove, MN office.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive measurement strategies for integrated commercial programs, ensuring alignment with the overarching marketing objectives of the WATCHMAN franchise while establishing goals for leads, revenue, and ROI.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of key marketing initiatives and campaigns, distilling essential insights to enhance future activations and lead generation programs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and recommendations effectively, acting as a subject matter expert in marketing program analytics and audience insights.
  • Proactively monitor key performance metrics and generate detailed daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to assess the impact of various marketing efforts, while providing actionable recommendations.
  • Combine multiple data sources, including digital marketing channels (email, search, social media, websites), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and third-party data (e.g., claims data) to develop reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
  • Partner with IT and external agencies to ensure accurate tagging and tracking of all digital marketing programs, ensuring robust measurement and data integrity.
  • Stay current with the latest trends in marketing analytics, digital marketing, and healthcare lead generation best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and maintain adherence to privacy-first principles in all analytics practices.



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role within Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Alternatively, 10 or more years of experience in an analytical role may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience synthesizing data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying data, combining and transformation data for reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, Snowflake, Google BigQuery or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience with web analytics, and marketing pixel implementation strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital business operations and understanding of key KPIs such as loyalty, retention, and digital campaign performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervision, while maintaining attention to detail and process adherence.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Proficiency in Python and/or R
  • Experience with advanced marketing analytics use cases such as lead scoring, attribution modeling, media mix modeling, customer lifetime value, and customer journey analysis.
  • Experience measuring and optimizing lead generation and lead nurturing programs.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing and experience working with healthcare-specific data (e.g., claims, real-world evidence, or EHR data).
