Advantage Technical is seeking Production Operator for our client in Attleboro, MA. Someone who is interested in joining forces with a passionate company that develops refining innovations for many industries!



Pay: $21-23/per hour

Split Shift 9:30am-6:00pm

Responsibilities:



  • Read and understand process instructions, work sheets, and quality procedures.
  • Safely handle chemicals and perform required process analysis.
  • Maintain quality standards by identifying and separating conforming and non-conforming materials.
  • Calibrate and maintain production equipment as needed.
  • Safely transport materials using appropriate handling equipment.
  • Perform basic chemical testing (e.g., titration).
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with PPE and production quality standards.
  • Propose process improvements, ensuring no changes are made without approval and testing by the technical department.
