Who Are We? What You'll do: Groundswell is the leading provider of Workday implementation services in the federal sector. We are seeking a sales leader to join our Growth & Strategy team to expand our sales capability and presence in the Federal sector. Responsibilities: The VP is a powerhouse responsible for driving high-stakes opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle for strategic pursuits, forging strong relationships with key decision-makers in the government, and building strong ties with the Workday sales team. This role commands coordination of sales activities, leads response to RFIs, assists in proposal responses, supports oral presentations, and delivers on sales goals. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications include: The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with deep expertise in business development and a proven track record of selling consulting services in the Federal sector. This individual will excel at crafting and executing go-to-market strategies that specifically target the Human Capital Modernization (HCM) market. With a sharp understanding of the professional services delivery process, the candidate ideally brings hands-on experience in delivering HCM engagements at some point in their career, making them uniquely equipped to drive success in this space.
