Job Summary: The Quality Technician supports Quality Assurance by implementing and maintaining quality tools to ensure compliance with FDA and ISO standards. This role involves investigating issues, driving improvements, and applying quality controls to enhance product and process quality.

Qualifications:



  • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • 5+ years of experience QA or QC experience in medical device industry.
  • Experience with catheters and electronics is a plus.
  • Associate Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, GMP).
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Inspect incoming materials, in-process, and final products.
  • Perform line clearances, repackaging, labeling, and packaging inspections.
  • Ensure proper identification of material acceptance status.
  • Use measurement tools to assess product parameters and review certifications.
  • Audit production processes and generate Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Investigate nonconformities and support corrective actions.
  • Update SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
  • Evaluate suppliers and suggest process improvements.
  • Provide feedback to engineers and perform other duties as needed.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
