JOB TITLE: E-COMMERCE SUPERVISOR DEPARTMENT: RETAIL STATUS: FULL-TIME SUPERVISOR: E-COMMERCE MANAGER GENERAL STATEMENT: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. JOB SUMMARY: The Ecommerce Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring precise and optimized product listings, timely order fulfilment, and providing leadership and guidance to a team of associates and specialists. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce associates and specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to reach sales goals. QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or equivalent. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis. Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
