Client Caseload Champion: Manage a group of amazing clients or families and lead engaging therapy groups. You'll be the guiding star they need!

Assessment Aficionado: Conduct face-to-face clinical and risk assessments for admissions, and whip up initial safety plans like a pro.

Quality Control Guru: Perform peer reviews and conduct weekly audits of medical records. Keep our documentation sharp and on point!

On-Call Superstar: Join the on-call rotation and be the go-to for clinical emergencies and consultations. Your expertise will shine in the spotlight!

Treatment Coordinator: Work with the treatment team to coordinate care and discharge planning. Together, we'll create success stories!

Meeting Maverick: Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and bring your unique insights to the table.

Policy Pioneer: Help implement policies and procedures, ensuring we're compliant with state licensing and accreditation requirements. Keep us on the right track!

Communication Connector: Develop systems for effective inter-departmental communication. Let's keep the conversation flowing!

Community Ambassador: Conduct facility tours and represent Newport Healthcare at company-sponsored or community events. Show off our amazing culture!

Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field required from an accredited or state approved graduate school. Doctorate degree preferred.
• Licensed as a Marriage Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Psychologist is required in the state in which you are applying.
• The ability to supervise required.
• Minimum three years' experience working with young adults, adolescents, and families with mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disordered populations.
• Training or experience in trauma-informed treatment preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in Attachment Based Family Therapy required.
• Minimum of one-year clinical supervisor experience.

The salary range for this position is $73,853/yr to $111,636/yr based on education and experience.
