What this position entails The Milliman IntelliScript suite of software products provides intelligent analysis of prescription histories, medical claims, and other data. The Solutions Consulting team focuses on designing, executing, and delivering proof of concept studies that highlight the value proposition of our products, mainly for life insurance underwriting. The Emerging Health Innovations team focuses on augmenting our current product offerings, currently working to incorporate EHR as a new data set into existing solutions. Acting as a liaison between the two teams, the Senior Data Analyst will need to collaborate with clinicians, actuaries, data analysts, and other internal team members. Main responsibilities include EHR data cleaning, aggregation, and interpretation, assessing its value in risk assessment with other data sources, and creating study deliverables. Location This job posting is expected to close on January 15, 2025. This position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed and travel nationwide for meetings, conferences, and team events. The salary range is $55,000 - $131,000, depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, skills, certifications, and location. If relevant experience is less than 4 years, the range would be $55,000 - $109,000; for experience of greater than 4 years, the range would be $67,000 - $131,000. In addition, we offer a performance-based bonus plan, prot sharing, and generous benets.
