Title: Talent Acquisition Partner/Employment Recruiter

Duration: 6 months, Potential to convert to FTE

Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: Remote CST preferred

Hours: M-F between 7am - 5pm CST

Pre-Screening Questions:

  • Please describe your experience in Indeed, Avature, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, BI Reports?
  • Elaborate your experience with light industrial recruiting?
  • Have you used Teleo, workday, PeopleSoft, coordinating hiring events, if yes, please describe.


Resource's typical working day:

  • 50% of day is spent screening candidates.
  • 25% sourcing candidates, presenting qualified candidates to hiring leaders, partnering with sourcers, scheduling interviews, reviewing staffing dashboards, conducting reconciliations with the site's headcount.
  • Updating pipeline reports.


Years of Experience needed:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, specifically looking for light industrial recruiting.
  • Level of Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Systems/Software proficiencies: Indeed, Avature, Linked In, Microsoft Office, BI Reports.


Top Must have Skills:

  • High level of technical organization, need to be self-motivated to reach KPI's.


Top Nice to have Skills:

  • Taleo, workday, PeopleSoft, coordinating hiring events.
