Marketing Services Specialist 6319BR Wisconsin Job Description Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc offers a range of alternative media management and consulting solutions and is an affiliate of Colony Brands, Inc. - one of the world's largest and most successful direct marketing catalog and e-Commerce companies. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Services Specialist to support our growing marketing analytics division. If you're a team player and thrive in a dynamic environment - this could be the position for you! What You'll Do You'll directly support our marketing campaigns by preparing for the distribution of catalog titles while adhering to process timelines. You'll be responsible for: Accumulating and manipulating data associated with Mailing Campaigns, Mailing Schedules, Sales Analysis and Circulation Reports Generating detailed catalog cost data Recording catalog budget data Creating and managing mailing schedules and processes Ordering and managing inventory for all catalog bodies and support materials Building bindery instructions and communication for outside print vendors Qualifications We need a motivated professional with significant experience handling detailed information and effectively communicating information to diverse teams via oral and written formats. Ideally you will have an Associate's degree in a Business field or related discipline and 1+ years' related experience. In addition, we are looking for: An extensive knowledge and use of MS Office and Windows applications, especially Excel A proven record of effectively dealing with tight deadlines The ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment A positive, customer-service oriented demeanor * We value collaboration and believe that it often happens best in-person.
