  • Estimated annual base pay: $86,400(minimum) - $108,000(midpoint) - $129,600(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Senior Analyst of Compensation, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position reports to the Manager Compensation and will support the delivery of global market-based compensation programs, including base/fixed pay, hourly, and sales comp that align effectively with business objectives. This role is a key position within the Total Rewards team that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and customer service orientation.

You'll help deliver the enterprise-wide market pay process, using established standards for compensation surveys benchmarking, data analysis, salary structure development and salary planning.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide compensation guidance and support to assigned clients group and HR business partners on a regular basis and during compensation cycles.
  • Conduct compensation analysis, including job evaluation, market analysis and cost modeling and provide insights to inform compensation strategies and decisions.
  • Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
  • Lead participation in external salary surveys and maintain market data in market pricing tool.
  • Participate in the deployment and maintenance of the career framework.
  • Participate in annual programs such as the merit cycle, including system configuration testing, delivering communication and training materials, conducting audits throughout the cycle, and reporting and analysis.
  • Administer annual and quarterly short- term incentive programs, including maintenance of plan documentation and communication as programs/tools change.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to compensation, such as equal pay laws and minimum wage.
  • Contribute to the upgrade of tools used for analysis.

What We Are Looking For

  • US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Accounting, Human Resources or in an equivalent directly related field required
  • 5+ years Related work experience in a corporate compensation department required
  • Experience with presenting data and explaining technical compensation data required
  • Experience within a Global Organization preferred
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday/SuccessFactors/SAP), Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation preferred
