Description

LinQuest is seeking a Knowledge Manager who will assist with consolidation of data from multiple SAP networks to one SAP network. A TS/SCI is required. The role is based in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:



  • Establishes and maintains knowledge management system for Tempo Group
  • Encourages a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative work flow among programs
  • Makes sure that the right knowledge goes to the right people, and that this information is promptly applied to business activities
  • Helps capture new knowledge with the usage of a knowledge management system
  • Monitors progress and learning processes by keeping track of engagement, project outcomes and other metrics
  • Provides relevant coaching, training and support to champion a knowledge management culture
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs are identified to meet project goals
  • Confers with program managers to provide technical advice and to assist with problem resolution as needed
  • Ensures programs are properly coordinated and efficiently accomplished with the best available resources
  • Supports and advises Government program management on integration across full spectrum of interfaces
  • Responsible for review, analysis, quality assurance, cataloging, and metadata management of holdings across the data lifecycle of digital assets
  • Provide quality control and quality assurance support for digital records and systems IAW DAF and DoD directives
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to translate ambiguity and incomplete information into insights and documentation
  • Create a forum for following campaigns, communicating evaluated solutions, and standardizing documentation
  • Gather, analyze, and compose technical information regarding the systems and services


Skills and Qualifications Required:



  • 10+ years of general Knowledge Management experience
  • Extensive experience in knowledge management, technical writing, communities' management, records management, and curriculum development and requirements gathering.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence


Preferred Skills and Qualifications:



  • Certified Knowledge Manager Certification - Knowledge Management Institute



Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from approximately $160,000 to $170,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
