Job Description

Coordinates support functions for academic program(s) or project(s) to ensure that goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications.

  • Performs routine tasks as assigned using existing procedures
  • Coordinates (e.g., compiles, verifies, prepares) materials, information, events, etc. as assigned
  • Performs standard assignments and responsibilities and makes recommendations for improvement/efficiency, resourcing, etc., as necessary
  • Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems
  • Assists in the development and implementation of programs/projects according to plan and/or with guidance
  • Has limited impact on own work team
  • Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet established deadlines
  • Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions, and checks for understanding
  • Develops working relationships with program/project teams

Shift

8am-5-pm; M-F; 40 hours per week

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Anticipated Hiring Range

Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $18.50 - $26.00
Grade: GGS-8
