Job Title: Cable Machine Operator (2nd Shift, Temp-to-Perm)

Shift: 2nd Shift

Our busy client is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves tending to cabling machines and operating equipment to wind small, color-coded cables together. Candidates with strong attention to detail and previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate cabling machines to wind small color-coded cables together as per production requirements
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and accuracy
  • Follow safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues


Qualifications:



  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly operating machines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Willingness to learn and train on the job
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
