Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks an Executive Assistant, Associate for our Federal Government client in Arlington/Rosslyn, VA. The Office Manager will provide administrative support to the MIL team and client on the government client's site.

This position currently requires a fully on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities



  • Prepare correspondence and memos for management
  • Review, proofread, edit, and prepare documentation for management approval
  • Support staff timekeeping and travel arrangements, as needed
  • Support conference room scheduling
  • Reserve vehicles for staff
  • Maintain files in accordance with federal agency guidelines
  • Monitor office supply inventories and other procurements
  • Manage visitors, including answering the door, registering visitors and escorting visitors
  • Support staff and contractor onboarding including service tickets, work orders, phone setups, and other coordination
  • Coordinate and plan office social functions

Required Qualifications



  • 7 years of relevant experience
  • 2 years of Office Manager/Administrative Support experience
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain timelines, meet deadlines and prioritize to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong computer skills and general knowledge of office equipment
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Education

AA/AS, BA/BS preferred

Clearance

All applicants for this position must be able to obtain a Secret clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects.

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $80,000 - $110,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
