Machine Operator

Machine operator Job description:

Experience with automated manufacturing equipment, including printing, pick-and-place, AOI, and reflow equipment, is preferred. However, we will train an otherwise qualified candidate.

The machine operator will perform various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot assigned machines. The machine operator will also inspect parts to specification part numbers.

Set up and operate a production machine per established procedures. Must be able to follow instructions and flow prints.

Responsibilities :

• Apply solder paste to printed circuit boards using a stencil printer, operate a pick-and-place machine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Operate /monitor multiple start-ups on machines. While ensuring quality production and minimal unplanned downtime.
• Must be able to communicate with team members and support the team to ensure continuous production / minimal wasted time and materials
• Able to work weekends as needed
