Summary: Emergency Room Lab Assistants in the general operation of assigned area. Performs waived and moderate complexity testing, demonstrating strong proficiency in operation of instrumentation as required. Prepares schedules for Lab Assistants, finds coverage as needed, order supplies, maintains equipment, and effectively assesses problems and provides/proposes solutions to management.
