Job Requisition ID:90992 Location Designation:Fully Onsite Location: 51 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10010 Offered Wage: $152,859/year Duties: Analyzes high-level business requirements and translates them into technical specifications for the Engineering team. Works closely with business unit Product Managers, Engineering, Architects, User Experience (UX), and cross-functional counterparts to develop detailed requirements that enable the creation of high-quality products and the flawless integration of new and existing feature sets. Collaborates with business units on product roadmaps, discovery and scoping of features, and user designs. Documents product requirements, business rules and logic, and defines acceptance criteria. Resolves product questions and drives requirement clarity. Works with Product Managers to understand high-level business requirements. Describes business rules as technical artifacts using internal tools. Acts as the product owner for the Scrum teams which drive project execution. Works with the Product Design team to understand product feasibility and features and analyzes and clarifies product requirements. Works with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that delivered systems are properly tested and meet product requirements. Works with the Technical team to align their development with business needs. Ensures application user experience, responsiveness, and functionality. Participates as a team member to plan individual product features and their development lifecycles. Researches and identifies "best practices" from business and product perspectives. Collaborates and creates Milestone Plan for a given feature delivery and controls the activities sequencing such as product business requirements, UI/UX designs and integrations, and tracking these to meet the delivery timelines. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
