Responsibilities:



  • Manage Warranty Claims: Oversee the processing and resolution of warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on warranty performance, costs, and trends to senior management.
  • Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure efficient processing of warranty claims and negotiations.
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve warranty processes and reduce warranty costs.
  • Customer Support: Provide support to customers and dealers regarding warranty policies and claim status.
  • Training: Train and support other team members on warranty processes and systems.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree Required
  • 3-7 years in warranty analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of managing warranty claims and processes.
  • Able to Travel - Could be up to 30%


Skills:



  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Access
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
