YOUR MISSION

MARKETING OPERATIONS

  • Support on administration, logistics, and execution of marketing events, influencer gifting, photoshoots and other various marketing activations
  • Aid the development of overall global marketing strategies and campaigns for the global entertainment team
  • Tasks include: marketing deck updates, vendor outreach and management, campaign recaps, agency partnership, product ordering, and invoicing.
  • Maintain product inventory and consistently place and track product orders for full team
  • Research and share industry intel with the full team during bi-weekly meetings
  • Own monthly case study and trend report to be delivered to Director of Entertainment Marketing

SOCIAL + SEEDING

  • Create and maintain influencer and talent seeding lists with up-to-date information
  • Own a comprehensive database of up-and-coming talent and influencers to propose for projects
  • Manage ideation and agency briefing through to execution of special seeding packaging for influencers or events.
  • Support on current strategies around digital, social, UGC, influencer content, campaigns, and drop schedules
  • Follow global trends and deliver best practices internally, including influencer and social media trends and strategies across Instagram and Tiktok
  • Research competitive intelligence within the fashion, lifestyle and sports industry
  • Monitor and report on the success of campaigns against pre-set brand KPIs
YOUR TALENT
  • Preferred Bachelors degree or minor in marketing, public relations, communications, fashion, or a related field
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Programs such as Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with tracking platforms like Creator IQ and Tribe Campaign
  • Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines with moderate supervision executing projects on time and working collaboratively within a team
  • Excel in fast paced environments and are comfortable multi-tasking and problem-solving
  • Dependable and proactive. Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Must be based in Los Angeles with own mode of transportation to commute to Hollywood
  • Expected attendance is five days a week in office
  • Physical capability to carry up to 40lbs when necessary
The base pay for this position is $23.00 per hour + Product Discount and Wellness Perks.
