TITLE - Team Leader - Average hourly wage of $27/hour - Ski Pass - 401K

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall operations and customer service standards during each shift you work. You are also responsible for setting up the next shift for success. You will manage a team of Ski Technicians each shift ranging from 4-15 techs on at a time. The start date for team leaders is 12/1 and no prior experience is required.

The Shifts:
  • Full-time team leaders are required to work 5 shifts and 40 hours per week
  • AM shift 630am-230pm / PM shift 2pm-10pm
  • Our schedule allows you to get out skiing/riding any day you want to!

Compensation:
  • Full-time team leaders have a base wage of $21 per hour plus weekly tip outs based on the combined credit card tips of the Ski Technicians.
  • For the 22/23 season, average wage including credit card tips (excluding cash tips pocketed) was between $27 - $33 per hour.
  • Team leaders will receive a ski pass on their start date.
  • 401K benefit and match for ALL staff members over 21 years old

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Pre and post shift team meetings, ensuring each Ski Technician understands expectations and responsibilities for that shift.
  • Real time feedback and coaching, both positive and constructive, to ensure we are hitting our Key Customer Requirements.
  • Plan delivery routes, support calls and pickups for the current and following shift.
  • Schedule work assignments for the following shift.
  • Respond to customer phone calls, text messages, emails and voicemails in a timely manner.

Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Administrative work.
  • Performance reviews with Ski Technicians.
  • Sizing guests in the proper equipment for orders as they come into our system.
  • Ensuring brand standards are being met daily i.e.: uniforms, vans, equipment, shop cleanliness, etc.
