YOUR MISSION
The role will support the Boston RCC Sportstyle design team; helping to create apparel concepts and products that meet Puma's global performance brand and quality standards.
- Create concept and technical sketches
- Market research and design trend analysis
- Assist in preparing for design review presentations.
- Work with design team to create and maintain development tech packs.
- Participate in product fit sessions.
- Manage design database with apparel team.
- Assist with color CADs and updates based on account feedback
- Assist designers with sourcing fabric/trims from our in-house library
- Ensure that all products follow Puma international design, brand, and quality standards.
- Conduct market research for competitor, best practices, consumer, and price studies, and most importantly trend research.
- Attend weekly cross-functional meeting

- A strong eye for detail
- Strong drawing, rendering and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with a pro-active, team-based personality.
- Show self-motivation, maturity, drive and the desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to take direction and be proactive in assisting team members.
- Show effective project time management.
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
- Acquire and share knowledge/skills.
- Competency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
