Government of the District of Columbia Teller The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) whose mission is to enhance the fiscal and financial stability, accountability and integrity of the Government of the District of Columbia is in search of a Teller (Customer Service Representative). This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Finance & Treasury (OFT), Revenue Operations Division. The incumbent performs various customer-related duties for OFT and serves as a teller, receiving and depositing revenues and receipts for all District of Columbia Government agencies. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and concerns and providing courteous and timely customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years of general work experience performing duties related to banking, cash handling and customer service experience. Clerical and administrative experience desired. All applicants must be flexible with worksite location as the position will rotate to various sites throughout the District. Schedule will include some Saturdays. This position is not eligible for telework or alternate work schedule (AWS).
