JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Americas Business Operations team is looking to add an experienced Partner Operations Analyst to the team. The Operations group is responsible for the successful execution of Commvault's Go-To-Market Strategy by supporting our Sales, Channel and Sales Engineering organizations. We're responsible for driving consistent execution of our sales process as well owning the region's budget, account segmentation, territory planning, and field compensation.

What You'll Do:

  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on channel partner performance metrics, including sales forecasts, revenue, pipeline growth, and customer retention.

  • Data Analysis: Work with internal data teams to collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights on channel performance. Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to streamline operational processes and improve the efficiency of channel-related workflows.

  • Systems Management: Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of channel-related data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools. Recommend improvements to systems and processes.

  • Incentive Programs: Manage and track channel partner incentive programs, including discounts, rebates, and other promotional activities. Monitor the effectiveness of these programs and provide recommendations for optimization.

  • Sales Forecasting: Work closely with finance and sales operations teams to develop accurate sales forecasts for channel partners and provide input on market trends and partner potential.

  • Reporting: Develop and distribute regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), insights, and recommendations for channel strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.

  • Project management skills with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines

  • 2+ years experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles, preferably in the software industry.

  • Proficiency in Excel, SFDC, and PowerPoint is required

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

$68,000 - $195,500
