Our client, a global leader, is looking for a strong HRBP to join the team. You will need proven experience as an HRBP in a mid-large multinational company. You will provide strategic HR support globally, acting as a hands-on partner when it comes to employee relations support, change management, data analytics and talent management initiatives. You will drive a strong culture and meet organizational growth targets through strategic talent discussions, planning, and overall execution. This is an organization who believes in employee development, they have a stellar benefits packages and prides itself on growth.
  • Lead culture and people priorities across the organization globally.
  • Provides management consulting surrounding employee relations, performance management, etc.
  • Build effective partnerships with both leaders and employees to act as a strategic thought partner and support on a variety of business-related topics.
  • Partner with leaders throughout the hiring process to influence hiring decisions where appropriate, ensuring people needs are met in the process.
  • Work with the reward team to benchmark roles across the industry using internal data, externally compiled data, and agency resources.
  • Support/Advocate for our employees by building positive working relationships across all levels. Develop and execute team strategies to improve team engagement and culture.
  • Design and execute strategic initiatives that nurture the business objectives.
  • Align HR strategies to maximize talent, minimize risk, and optimize performance.
  • Actively participate in organization design discussions, including workforce planning, headcount approvals and team structure.
  • Support managers to appropriately assess their talent and ensure that they are having effective development conversations, supporting career progression and succession planning within their team
  • Champion change efforts and effectively lead teams through change.
  • Lead and actively participate in Inclusion & Diversity initiatives, making sure these are at the forefront of people-focused decisions.
  • Leverage data driven insights to provide analysis and recommendations.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
