Job Summary Join UT Southwestern as a Manager, Transplant Cellular Therapy Clinic at Simmons Cancer Center in Dallas. As a Manager, UT Southwestern, you will have the opportunity to join a team of the top cancer specialists in the country. This person will provide operational leadership support for this clinic. Day to Day Management of the Operations of TCT Clinic including but not limited to: supervising and developing staff, quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring the highest level of excellence is delivered with each patient's experience. Monitors access to service, utilization of resources, patient wait times, optimization of patient scheduling and additional metrics as needed to ensure differentiated patient experience. Assures adherence to all policies and procedures, code of ethics, National Patient Safety Goals, HIPAA, OSHA, TJC, QOPI and nationally recognized standards of nursing practice. Monitors and manages recruitment and retention of employees based on growing needs of the department. Participates in departmental capital and operational budget process.
