JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for marketing analytics and reporting for the digital revenue organization. The reporting will be based on revenue/profit attribution, incremental business analysis, campaign result tracking, customer insight analysis and other marketing metrics. The key to this role is to build cohesive reporting from various data sources, and present analytical findings and suggestions in data visualization tools that are insightful to the team and leadership. Additionally, this position is responsible for creating optimal target lists for marketing campaigns and tracking results on a continuous basis in partnership with management. GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance. The posted range for this position is $81,591-$112,188, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a [bonus/incentive] not reflected in the posted range.
