La Colombe is on a mission to build a new proprietary capability with respect to product inventory, in-store execution, and Sales Rep efficiency & effectiveness. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Product - La Colombe Innovation to join our team. This role will lead building a technology platform that enables end-to-end supply chain visibility and automated solutions from plant to shelf.

Responsibilities

* Serve as the single point of contact for execution reporting in the market, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with KDP.
* Build a proprietary system with suite of standard reports across the following three areas:
1. Systematic measurement of product availability from production to shelf. This includes in-bound material availability and production plans, through to retailer in-stocks on shelf, comparing formula ships vs scans to store level planograms.
2. With full understanding of field needs, continue the optimization of tools, training, and reporting for execution on shelf, on perimeter, resets, and cold.
3. New technology to support the Field Execution team with reporting store level data, including store routing, daily tasks, image recognition, auditing, and ordering API direct to the KDP frontline team.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales strategies.
* Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in sales execution and operational excellence.
* Serve as an internal advisor to the team and provide coaching and direction on Field Execution strategy
* Maintain strong field presence to ensure skills are successfully applied at the store level and tools continue to evolve and are optimized.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years analytical experience required, preferably in CPG
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and apply innovative thinking to drive solutions
  • Capable of building strong networks and cross-functional working relationships
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to build professional and impactful presentations.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment both independently and as a team player
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
  • Passion for people management and development
  • Willingness to travel

Compensation Range:$148,000.00-$222,000.00, plus bonus.
